Hi every one 🙋
This is Ritu here wishing everyone advance happy Holi ….
Holy is around the corner and so much joy in d air….i have already started seeing children coming out and playing with water guns……Holi is a festival of joy, festival of colours and festival of making friends….Â
I am sure that everyone here has a happy memory related to Holi ….the time we used to play with those small water guns, being excited overnight and making plans to defeat our friends and so on…..Â
Holy is such a joy and I am feeling  overwhelmed that I am able to give out to you all….Â
But amongst  all those fun stuff, we must not forget that our deeds must not hurt others…. It’s really sad that few people  use permanent colours so that they can multiply their fun…. Except fun it has many ill effects including skin allergies, itching, swelling etc.. due to chemicals added in it…Â
Enjoying is not bad until you are not prepared for it.so here are few ways in which you can prepare your skin, hair and  nails for Holi..Â
Dry skin has higher tendency to absorb chemicals so preferably oil whole body with coconut oil , olive oil , vitaminE or cold cream .
Make sure you apply oil around half an hour prior going to play Holi  leading to easy removal of colours.Â
For ears and lips use Vaseline or lip balm to keep them moisturised. Using Vaseline under nails is also advisable.Â
Wearing long sleeves shirts or tops and covering legs minimizes affect of colours on the body
Drink lot of water before going out ,to stay hydrated as chemical colours tend to dehydrate the skin.Â
The best way to prevent your hair from damage is, apply good about of hot oils in hair and massage them and make a bun( in case long hair)… This prevents colours to stick onto the hair.Â
And lastly after the shower moisturise your body, and use milder soaps…Â
These are few tips for a better holi…Â
Armed with all this information, you are  bound to have a smashing and safe holi…Â
I would conclude saying that Â
Plz don’t apply colours on stray dogs or any animals as it causes itching on their body… And try to use safe colors…Â
Happy Holi to everyone..Â
