Hey Guys!!

I hope you all are good and keeping well.


Life seems to be adjusting to the new life. We all know its bit stressful time and the conventional knowledge, behavior and believes are turning out to be outmoded.


With so much stuff going around, even the daily activities has become more demanding both in terms of energy and will power. As a result we all, as human being, tends to gets get lost and eventually loose our energy and enthusiasm. This must have been, very much evident by your experience in this Quarantine.


This blog is not to make you concern, or even trouble you. But a small means to bring happiness in your life.


One of the worst hit aspect of our life is the much required "Work-Life Balance " , which appears to be diminishing. With increasing work/ study load we are slacking on our "Heath, and the Self Care sector".


Self Care and Working out may not seem to be a concerning issue at the moment, but they are the foundations for an effective balance in life. Our brain needs some gratitude and reward system to replenish it's lost energy and realize its importance and energize.


You don't have to indulge into expensive "Influencer Lifestyle" model to have that feeling, but some simple stuff that compels your brain to come out of the monotonous lifestyle and take the required time to refresh and relax.
