STRESS , PRESSURE, DEADLINE, WORKLOAD ?

Have these words became common to you? Are you able to hear them on regular basis or using them yourself?Are you happy to hear them?
Of course no….,no one ever likes to be in this particular situation…

Stress…so what exactly is stress?…according to resources… stress is biological and psychological response experienced on encountering a treat that we do not have the resources to deal with…
In today’s generation this has become very common ,we would even find a second standard child saying there is lot of stress on him, this is so because these kids have seen everyone around them using such terms that they start thinking ,using them would make them look cool…
I wouldn’t deny that our lives are on those highways where you have only one thing to do ,that is just blindly run and this has made our lives very complicated as well as very stressful…. It is true that we all are so consumed in our responsibilities ,that we either forget about ourselves or our dreams…
These busy schedules have made stress,pressure and many more an inevitable part of our daily life….
Definitely we can not make our lives completely free from them but we can make sure that won’t compromise with our health.
As we know now that when we know something is out of our potential and we still have to achieve it ,here’s when we become stressed out….
So one thing we can do for such situation is
1. We can achieve anything but we need to plan it out well before ,so we get enough
chances to try out what goes good for you in order to achieve our goals

2. Discuss your plans and your dreams with the people who care about you ,cuz when
one mind stops thinking ,a number of minds might help you with the solution.

3. If possible take some expert advice or simply go through all the things you need you should know while working on that project.(pros and cons) 4.Maintain some fitness regimes ,as these will not only help you with serenity but also with good healthy body and mind

5. Last but not the least ,hope for the best and even in the worst try to learn something new from your work rather than regretting for its failure .
